Taekwondo player Raj Darai is going to compete in the World Olympics Taekwondo Championship to be held in Muzu, South Korea.

Raj will compete in the men's under 63 kg weight category in the tournament which will be held from June 29 to July 2. Raj will go to South Korea on Wednesday.

Taekwondo international judge Ashok Khadka will play the role of judge in Austrian Open G-2 Pumsey Championship. The competition will be held in Vienna, Austria on June 28 and 29. For that, Ashok will go to Austria on Friday.

General Secretary of IOFTC Nepal Chapter Giri Bahadur Sunar, former taekwondo head coach Naveen Kumar Shrestha and others bid farewell on Tuesday.

Last month, coach and referee Khadka conducted a week-long taekwondo training program in the Maldives. Maldives organized a training of trainers to produce taekwondo players.
