National Commercial Bank has won 3 gold medals in table tennis under the 14th staff sports competition. There was competition for 4 gold medals in table tennis. Another gold was won by Nepal Civil Aviation Authority.
Sujan Suwal of Commerce became the first in men's singles at the National Table Tennis Training Center in Lanchaur. Shwet Basnet of Nepal Electricity Authority was second and Ankur Aryal of Nepal Airlines Corporation was third. Among women, Gnanadhana Shrestha of Civil Aviation won gold, Sushma Thapa Magar of Civil Aviation won silver and Ranjana Pokharel of Airline Corporation won bronze.
The pair of Sajan Suwal and Ramesh Suwal of Commerce won first place, the pair of Vivek Shrestha and Shravan Kumar Khatri of Commerce won second place and the pair of Rupchandra KC and Santosh Awale of Civil Aviation won third place in the men's doubles competition organized by the Staff Sports Institute of Nepal (ISAN). In executive men's singles, Ramesh Suwal of commerce came first, Manoharraj Bhandari of civil aviation came second and Sushant Bastola of electricity came third. Futsal will start from Monday.
