The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has appointed Belgium's Patrick de Wilde as the head coach of the Nepali women's national team on Thursday.
ANFA General Secretary Kiran Rai signed the agreement at a program held at the ANFA Complex in Satdobato. He is the second coach to handle the Nepali women's national team.
ANFA coach selection committee has recommended his name. De Wilde previously held the post of head coach of Kathmandu Razors in the Nepal Super League (NSL).
Nepali women's national team will now play the Asia Cup qualifiers under his leadership. Nepal, Uzbekistan, Laos and Sri Lanka are in Group F of that selection.
