The first Mahamanjushri Cup three by three basketball tournament will start on Thursday organized by Mahamanjushri Secondary School.

Mahamanjushree principal Chudamani Marasini informed that 63 teams from 41 different schools will participate in the competition in 3 categories. 32 teams will participate in senior boys, 15 in junior boys and 16 in senior girls. Keshav Marasini, Head of Administration of Mahamanjushree informed that about 180,000 rupees will be spent for the

competition.

The matches of the two-day tournament will be played on the Nagarjuna Municipality-5 host's own court on a knockout basis.

Principal Marasini said that the competition was organized to attract students to sports and to identify talented players.
