Thailand gave Nepal a huge target of 159 runs

In the final match of the 'Super Three' under the ICC Women's T-20 World Cup Asia Qualifier, Thailand has given a huge target of 159 runs to Nepal.

In Bangkok, Nepal won the toss and invited Thailand to bat. Thailand made a huge score of 158 runs for the loss of only two wickets in the scheduled 20 overs.

Two batsmen hit fifties for Thailand. 28 balls  Nanapat Koncharankai scored a half-century and remained unbeaten. Similarly, Nathya Boochatham also scored 50 runs in 42 balls. While Ofisara Suvanchonrathi scored 29 runs, Nathkaran Chantham remained unbeaten on 15 runs. 

Apart from Manisha Upadhyay and Rajmati Airi taking one/one wicket for Nepal, other bowlers could not perform well. 

In its first match on Monday, Nepal defeated UAE by five wickets and passed the Asian qualifiers and made it to the world level qualifiers. Similarly, Thailand also beat UAE in the first match and made a place in the global selection .

Nepal is aiming to become Asia champion by winning today's match. But Thailand gave  Finding the target is not easy for Nepal.

When Nepal defeated Bahrain in both games in the group stage, it was defeated by Hong Kong, while Hong Kong's 1 match against Nepal and Bahrain's match was affected by rain, and Nepal advanced with more wins.
