Dhalko Taekwondo Dojang has won the trophy of the 2nd SKBC Bagmati Province Invitational Taekwondo Tournament. In the competition held at Herald College, Dhalko won 7 gold, 5 silver and 3 bronze and became the team champion.
The host SKBC Taekwondo Club won the second place with 5 gold, 3 silver and 10 bronze. Balaju Taekwondo Dojang, who came third, won 4 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals.
Rawalhang Limbu of Jaisedeval Taekwondo Dojang in men and Pratima Bhujel of Gorkhali Taekwondo Dojang in women were declared the best players. Subas Bohra of SKBC was selected as the best coach. Kumar Lavat was the best judge. The best was awarded with an Oppo mobile prize. The
winner was awarded by Tokha Municipality Ward 5 Chairman Madan Gurung and others. He promised to allocate budget every year to continue the competition. The competition was held under the main sponsorship of Tokha Municipality.
SKBC Taekwondo Club Coordinator Ranjit Dangoura said 18 dojangs from Bagmati province and 500 senior/junior players participated.
