Palpa's Rampur municipality won the inter-municipal football title. In the finals of the tournament organized by Mathagadhi Rural Municipality, Rampur won the title after defeating the host Mathagadhi Rural Municipality by 1-0 on Wednesday.
The goal scored by Gaurav Parajuli in 9 minutes after the start of the game on behalf of Rampur municipality became decisive. Rampur won the competition and received a shield, certificate and medal along with one lakh cash. Mathagadi, who became the runner-up, got a shield, certificate and medal along with 75,000 cash.
Tej Bahadur Ghartimagar said that after defeating Tansen Municipality 3-1, Tinau Rural Municipality came third and received a shield, certificate and medal along with 50,000 nad.
