Hounds Academy has won the second consecutive victory in the Himalayan Java Basketball League (HJBL). The Hounds registered a 85-81 victory over the Times Basketball Club on Tuesday at the Kirtipur Covered Hall. Both Hounds and Times took the lead in the competitive game.

Times captain Sadish Pradhan scored the highest score of 29 but could not win. Sujal Khadka of Hounds scored 21.

Hounds' Vijay Burja was selected as the Most Valuable Player for the second game in a row. The Hounds beat the Royals in the first game. This is the first defeat of

times. The Times previously had success with the Goldengate Basketball Club.

In the second game on Tuesday, Goldengate defeated the Royals with a score of 79-72. Goldengate's first victory. Nikesh Magar scored 27 in Goldengate's victory. He was selected as the most valuable player. Prasandhwaj Maske of Royals scored 25.
