The one-day 'Carlsberg Golf Classic-2025' tournament held at Gokarna Forest Resort Golf Course has been completed. Phuntsok N Lama won the tournament with 42 points in which 100 golfers participated.
Lama received a trip to the Carlsberg Brewery in Copenhagen, Denmark as a reward. Likewise, Tasi Tshiring won the title of Best Gross with 41 points.
Geeta Gurung has become the winner for women with 25 points. Arjun Kumar Karki won the senior category with 33 points while Sushmita Khadka became the runner-up in the women category. Chhewang Sherpa won the 'Closest to the Pin' award while Prakash Gurung won the 'Longest Drive' award.
The title of most birdies was won by Phuntsok Norbu Lama with 5 birdies and an eagle. All winners were presented with a trophy and a gift hamper from Carlsberg . Arun Adhikari, Managing Director of Gorkha Brewery and Joseph Nathan, Captain of Gokarna Golf Club distributed prizes to the winners of the
competition. The competition is organized by Carlsberg .
