Nepali Taekwondo player Adish Khadka has won gold medal in Gold Coast Open International Taekwondo Championship 2025.

He won gold in men's under-17 individual poomsae on Sunday. Adish scored a total of 6.23 points and won gold beating the host nation Australia.

Adish won a silver medal in the same age group at the Japan Wata Open International Taekwondo held in Osaka, Japan a week ago. He went to Australia from there.

Adish is a third dan taekwondo player studying in class 11 at Nami College. This is his first international participation.
