A 17-member Nepal Athletics Association, ad hoc committee has been formed under the coordination of Rajiv Vikram Shah.
The committee will have to hold the general meeting and election within 3 months with the approval of the National Sports Council.
Shah is the Minister of Karnali Province. According to the decision of the 122th board meeting held on March 29 under the chairmanship of National Sports Council President and Youth and Sports Minister Tejulal Chaudhary, an ad hoc committee has been formed to complete the general meeting and elections within three months with the participation of representatives from active provinces and district associations in accordance with sub-section 4 of section 29 of the National Sports Development Act, 2077 and rule 7 of the National Sports Development Regulations, 2079. The members of the
committee are Komal Oli, Sanjiv Tuladhar, Santosh Kumar Dhakal, Shailendra Khanal, Parlita Rana Mall, Mohan Ghale, RK Bista, Dil Bahadur Bam, Shiv Acharya, Raj Bahadur Gurung, Tejendra Thapa, Anirudra Chaudhary, Anju Chaudhary, Ziabul Haque, Nandu Kaucha and Jagat Singh Dhami.
