FC Kent has won the title of Yalmberhang Cup football tournament held in Britain on Saturday, April 26.
FC Kent won the title by defeating Farnborough Elite by 1-0 in the match organized by Kirat Yakthung Chumlung UK at Chumlungden Maidstone. The winning team was awarded the Yalmberhang Cup, one thousand pounds in cash and a trophy.
Kirat Yakthung Chumlung UK President Kamala Sendang Limbu, Chief Guest Former Minister Vijay Prakash Thebe, Nepal Tribal Federation (NEFIN) UK President Major Yogesh Koyi Rai and others presented the award. A total of 32 teams competed in the
competition, including Men, Veterans and Super Veterans. Dharan 11 winners and KYC UK Warwickshire became runners-up in Vetran Group, while Elam FC won and Maidstone Gorkha Football Club became runners-up in Super Vetran Group.
