The Himalayan Everest Insurance team has won the title of the second Insurance Cup Futsal tournament.
Himalayan won a prize of Rs 35,000 along with the title. Himalayan Everest defeated Himalayan Life Insurance in the final of Inter Insurance Company Futsal organized by Bima Dokan Pvt Ltd on the occasion of New Year. The runner-up, Himalayan Life, received a prize of Rs. 15,000.
In the two-day competition, 11 companies participated in life, non-life, micro insurance and reinsurance.
Nirmal Adhikari, director of Nepal Insurance Authority, distributed shields and prizes to the winners. Bima Dokan informed that the competition was held under the slogan of "Sports for health and cooperation for insurance".
