Bandi Sahayata Niyog (PAM) has won the trophy of Nekos 7th International Judo Tournament. Pam had also won the champion in the previous 6 editions. In the seventh edition which included 22 events, Pam became the champion by winning the most 11 gold, 4 silver and 4 bronze.

Multipurpose Martial Art Center (MMAC) came second in the competition jointly organized by Nepal Sports Federation (NECOS) and National Judo Association of Nepal. MMAC won 3 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals. Bhutan, which came third, got 2 gold, 3 silver and 2 bronze. Banke and APF won 2-2 and Dang and Russia won 1-1 gold. MMAC's Sadin Tamang and Pam's Krishna Mahtara were the best players in the men's category.

Men's under 20 kg Bishnu Giri, under 25 kg Ashwin Tamang, under 35 kg Bavin Kumal Diyali, under 55 kg Dipesh Gurung, under 60 kg Savin Kumar Diyali and under 50 kg Suraj Samal won the gold medal. Among women who won gold from palm were Krishna Mahtara under 28 kg, Samita Nepali under 44 kg, Vinita Nepali under 52 kg, Sasikala Thapamgar under 32 kg and Rama Samal under 48 kg.

MMAC's Subas Bik won gold in men's under 30 kg, Sadin Tamang won gold in men's under 40 kg and Sarasta Napit won gold in women's under 57 kg. Bhutan's Tenjin Dorjee won gold in men's 73 kg category and Kinjang Deki in women's 63 kg category. Banke's Khima Roka won gold in women's under 36 kg and Kavita Budhathoki won gold in women's under 41 kg. Special Vic of APF won first place in men's under 66 kg and Rekha Shrestha in women's under 63 kg.

Paras Roka Magar of Dang under 73 kg and David Magomedob of Russia under 45 kg won the gold.

The winner was awarded by former Minister of Youth and Sports Purushottam Paudel, member of the National Sports Council, Jagatsingh Dhami, president of the organizing National Judo Association, Dharmakumar Shrestha and others. 20 teams participating in the

competition were given judo gi at the rate of 5. Chairman Shrestha said that the gift worth about 4 lakh rupees was provided.
