Nepal U-19 is bowling first against Hong Kong U-19 on Wednesday in the ACC U-19 World Cup Asia Qualifier. Hong Kong was invited to bat after Nepal won the toss at Lower Mulpani Cricket Ground.

One change has been made in the Nepalese team. Nepal has played Vipin Sharma in place of fast bowler Dayanand Mandal.

This is the first match of Bipin, who was selected as an emerging player in the Nepal Premier League (NPL) cricket tournament that was held four months ago. He has also taken a wicket against Hong Kong in the first match.

At the moment, Hong Kong has scored 32 runs by losing 1 wicket at the end of 8 overs.

Nepal has already won the first two matches. After defeating UAE by 5 runs in the first match, Nepal won the second match against Oman by 8 wickets. Hong Kong was bowled out for 90 runs in the first match and lost to Afghanistan by 8 wickets.

Afghanistan has also won the first two matches. Nepal, Oman, UAE, Afghanistan and Hong Kong will be involved in this tournament on a round robin basis and the winning team will qualify for the ICC U-19 World Cup.
