Lumbini Khukuri Cricket Club won over Madhesh Pradesh Cricket Club in KP Oli Cup National Open T20 Cricket Tournament. Lumbini won by 5 wickets against Madhesh in the ongoing tournament at Pokhara Cricket Ground organized by Madan Bhandari Sports Academy.

The match was abandoned after 19 overs after rain damaged the field. Chasing a winning target of 129 runs, Lumbini scored 131 runs losing 5 wickets in 18 overs. Ranjit Khatri top scored for Lumbini with 54 runs. He hit 5 fours and 2 sixes while facing 45 balls.

The match between Karnali Academy and Himal Friends scheduled for Saturday was postponed after the ground was damaged by water. Both teams shared 1/1 points.
