The 10th Ocean Cup U-13 national football tournament has started on Thursday. 12 teams from the country are participating in the match which started at the artificial grass field of The Ocean Club in Gorkha municipality-9.
President of Ocean Club Amit Khatri said that on the first day of the competition based on Leaguecom knockout, there were 8 matches on Thursday. There will be 38 matches in the tournament. The first runner-up will get 25,000 as an Ocean Club running trophy. According to the organizers, the second runner-up will receive 15,000 prizes. The
competition will be conducted till May 1. The competition was inaugurated by Mayor of Gorkha Municipality Krishna Rana, former captain of the national team Vikram Lama, Viraj Maharjan.
