The sixth edition of Jumla-Rara Ultra Marathon will be held on Baisakh 27. Jumla-Rara Ultra Marathon has been held every year to encourage the sports field of Karnali and to raise the morale of the athletes.
Karnali Sports Club has announced that the marathon will be held on 27th Baisakh after holding a press conference. Jumla-Rara Ultra Marathon, which is being held at a distance of 49 km, will be held at a distance of 51 km from this year. Saroj Shahi, president of the club, said that the route from Khali to Nyaurighat has also been changed. The organizers estimate that the marathon project will cost 25 lakh 74 thousand rupees. There will be a 5 km race for the open side and a 10 km race for the students. 22 participants in the
marathon will be rewarded with cash. It has been arranged that the athletes who will participate in the marathon will register online through QR and eSeva.
