On the second day of the 15th Jitpur Simra Gold Cup held at Simra in Bara on Saturday, with the help of Mohit Gurung's only decisive goal, the host Nava Janajagriti Yuva Club Simra entered the semi-finals.
Mohit managed to score a goal in the 85th minute by surprising Makwanpur Hetaunda's team ANFA Makwanpur. A long range ball hit by Mohit from the corner area was directly converted into a goal. Top Bahadur Rana, the goal keeper of Hetaunda, did not find any way to save.
Although the host Simra, who got the support of the audience, created attractive opportunities, they had to struggle until the end to win against Makwanpur's ANFA.
