The ambulance was taken to the crease after being unable to walk. Chasing 265 runs, Abdullah Shafiq and Imam-ul-Haq opened for Pakistan.
Imam ran for a run on the third ball of the third over. But at the same time the injury happened. A throw hit Imam directly on his helmet and he fell on the field.
The ball was stuck in his helmet . He fell down in extreme pain and could not get up. Paramedics immediately arrived with an ambulance, and brought him off the field for treatment.
