The two-day Taekwondo Pumsey seminar organized by the Kathmandu District Taekwondo Association ended on Friday. The poomse seminar was held at the training center of Nepal Taekwondo Association in Satbato.
In the seminar, international referee Norbu Lama was the main coach and Asmita Khadka was the assistant coach. Bikram Khadgi, President of Kathmandu District Taekwondo Association, said that 110 trainers participated in the seminar.
