Two para swimmers from Nepal are going to compete in the World Para Swimming Series. 1-1 male/female players will participate in the tournament which will be held from April 7th to 12th in Fuji Shizuka, Japan.

In men, Harkman Gharti will compete in 4 events and in women, Samana Gayre will compete in 2 events. Hark will compete in 100m freestyle, 50m backstroke and butterfly and 150m individual medley. Samana will participate in 50m freestyle and 100m breaststroke. This is their 'debut' international competition. Saroj Shrestha, president of the National Para Swimming Association of Nepal, is the manager of

. National Sports Council (Rakhep) Member-Secretary Tanklal Ghising and others bid farewell to the team on Thursday. The team will go to Japan on Saturday.
