Hemraj is the captain of the team that made Nepal runner-up in the men's World Cup. Under his captaincy, Nepal has won silver medals consecutively in three competitions namely 4th Asian Kho Kho Championship, Nepal-India Kho Kho Match and 1st Kho Kho World Cup.
Volleyball's Arjun is the captain of the team that made Nepal runner-up in the Kava U-20 Men's Volleyball Championship in Sri Lanka. In the Sahana Pradhan Volleyball Tournament, Sudurpaschim placed third, and he gave an excellent performance. He was the best blocker in the tournament.
