Dhangadhi FC, the franchise team of Ncell Nepal Super League, unveiled the jersey on Friday. NSL will start on Saturday.
Dhangadhi, owned by Go Dreamers, will start the NSL on Chaitra 19 against Butwal Lumbini. Dhangadhi is the runner-up team in the first two editions . On Friday, Dhangadhi president Subas Shahi and main sponsor My Second Teacher Nepal president Medha Bhattarai unveiled the jersey.
Shahi said that this support of My Second Teacher is not only for the development of football but also for the development of sports and education. He said that Dhangadhi has proved itself by reaching the finals in two seasons and plans to move forward with every game this year as well. Bhattarai of My Second Teacher said that her organization is promoting education through technology and since both have the same objective, the agreement with Dhangadhi is a partnership of education and sports.
Dhangadhi captain Devendra Tamang said the team's first goal is to reach the qualifiers. "We understand that it is necessary to reach the first qualifier to reach the finals," he said, "with the new coach, our preparations are going well." Marquee Kritisharat Chunju said that this opportunity is a big opportunity for him and he is ready to show it on the field.
Strikers Afiz Olawale (Nigeria) and Ahmed Hijaji (Lebanon) remain in the squad . This season, Dhangadhi have signed Spanish goalkeeper Walid Issafi and defender Jorge Caicedo, Moroccan defensive midfielder Mohamed El Zaoueni and Brazilian winger Sergio Barboza. Dhangadhi will arrange a fan park for supporters in the hometown . Dhangadhi supporters in their hometown will be able to visit the park mode in Dhangadhi and watch the team's match on the big screen. Dhangadhi FC has built a fan park in park mode in collaboration with Dhangadhi sub-metropolitan city .
