Divisional team Tribhuvan Army Club has won the title of the ninth edition of Horizon National Basketball Running Cup. In the final on Tuesday, Army defeated the Dharan basketball team by a wide margin of 113-70.

The two-time champion Army took a 38-13 lead in the first quarter in the finals held at Srimavi's court in Dharan. Army, which came with 5 national players, played a competitive game with a score of 21-22 in the second quarter, but won the title by scoring 27-14 in the third quarter and 27-21 in the fourth quarter.
