In the Prime Minister's Cup One Day Men's Cricket Tournament 2081 held in Lamhi, Sudurpaschim Province has given Koshi Province a winning target of 243 runs.
Koshi was given a winning target of 243 runs in the century innings of Kiran Thagunna from Far West who won the toss and batted first at the Deukhuri International Cricket Stadium in Lamhi.
Kiran, who came to bat at number six for Sudurpaschim, scored 115 runs in 91 balls with the help of 4 sixes and 12 fours. He got caught out.
Kiran became the first player to score a century by scoring an unbeaten 121 against Gandaki Province at the Deukhuri International Cricket Stadium in the tournament starting from February 25. In the
competition, Sudurpaschim added 242 runs losing all wickets in 43.4 overs. Apart from Kiran, other players could not leave an impact with the bat. Tek Bohra scored 16 runs, Arjun Bik scored 15 runs, Sher Mall and captain Narayan Joshi scored 14 runs each. Saurya Shrestha and Nischal Chhetri scored 10 runs each and got out.
For Koshi, Gyanendra Shrestha took 4 wickets by giving away 48 runs with 1 maiden in 9.4 overs. Firdosh Ansari took 2 wickets by giving 33 runs with 1 maiden in 8 overs while captain Ankit Subedi also took 2 wickets by giving 30 runs in 5 overs. Dipesh Kandel and Prakash Karki took 1 wicket each.
Koshi is batting back with a winning target of 243 runs.

organized by Nepal Cricket Association CAN, coordinated by Provincial Cricket Association and managed by Dang Cricket Association, seven provincial teams including 3 departmental teams Army Club, APF Club and Nepal Police Club are playing in the tournament. The competition will be held on a round-robin basis until March 16.
As part of the tournament being held in three sports grounds, 17 matches were played at Siddharth Stadium in Rupandehi, 15 matches were played at Extratech Oval Cricket Ground, and 14 matches were played at Deukhuri International Cricket Stadium in Lamhi, Dang.
