A new chapter will be written in Nepali football next week, when the national men's team under the leadership of coach Matt Ross takes to the field. Nepal will play a friendly international match against Singapore on Friday. Next Tuesday, they will compete against Malaysia in the Asia Cup Qualifiers.

The team that will play these two matches was officially bid farewell on Tuesday. While presenting to the Nepali media for the second time, coach Ross did not forget to praise Nepali football. 

He has spent two weeks with the Nepalese team since he was given the responsibility of the head coach. He has also announced his 23-member squad. Regarding this team, he said, "I am happy and satisfied with the hard work and professional behavior of the Nepali players." All players are talented. It was difficult for me to even announce the final team, because I had to leave out some other worthy players. The preparation so far has been good.'

When facing Singapore, Australian coach Ross will have some opportunity to experiment. Playing against Malaysia will give the team a solid shape. Regarding this, coach Ross said, "In the match against Singapore, we will have an opportunity to experiment, because there will be an opportunity to put many players on the field."
