Lumbini state level Chief Minister's Cup men's volleyball tournament-2081 has started from Tuesday at Sandhikhark Tundikhel.
Minister of Agriculture, Land Management and Cooperatives of Lumbini Province Dinesh Panthi inaugurated the game. Apart from Banke district, players from 11 districts are participating in the competition. In the match between Arghakhanchi and Kapilvastu on Tuesday, Arghakhanchi won the first set.
Similarly, in the match between Dang and Palpa, Palpa managed to win. 1 lakh cash trophy and medal, second prize 65,000, third prize 35,000, consolation prize 15,000 will be given to the first place in the volleyball match, said Tirandaz Gautam, Member Secretary of Provincial Sports Council Lumbini.
The best player will be given 10,000 cash and the best 6 categories will be given 5,000 rupees.
