Two departmental teams, APF Club and Nepal Police Club, are competing today as part of the Prime Minister's Cup One Day Men's Cricket Tournament 2081.

The match between APF Club and Nepal Police Club will start from 9 am at Deukhuri International Cricket Stadium in Lamhi. It is expected that the match between two strong teams will be very competitive and exciting in the PM Men's Cricket Tournament organized for the first time in Dang.

In today's match, most of the members of Nepal's national team will take the field from two teams. The games of these two teams have been competitive since the past. In the final match of 2022, APF defeated Police Club by 21 runs. In view of today's match, the Dang District Cricket Association, which is looking after the management of the PM Cup in Lamhi, has made tickets other than VIP tickets free for the spectators. VIP ticket fee is 200 rupees and in case of other tickets, entry is free, President of Dang District Cricket Association and CAN central member Pradeep Mazgauya said.

3 departmental teams Army Club, APF Club and Nepal Police Club along with seven provincial teams are playing the tournament in Rupandehi and Dang of Lumbini Province from February 25th. The matches of the tournament, which started simultaneously at Siddharth Cricket Stadium and Extratech Oval ground in Rupandehi, are being played on a round-robin basis. Each team will play against one other team. 14 matches are scheduled to be held in Dang under the competition which will last until the 16th of Chait.
