A friendly rugby match was held on the occasion of International Women's Day. A friendly rugby match was held between women sports journalists and women members of women's department under the joint initiative of Nepal Rugby Association and Nepal Sports Journalist Forum.

On the occasion of Women's Day, like every year, the women's department of the Nepal Rugby Association organized a program with a rugby match, said Alice Thapa, the head of the department.

The friendly game was hosted by the member-secretary of the National Sports Council, Tanklal Ghisingh.
