The departmental team APF of the Armed Police Force has started victoriously in the first Inaruwa Gold Cup football tournament.
APF defeated Chulachuli Sports Club Jhapa with a margin of 4-1 in the opening match held on Saturday at the prison field in Sunsari headquarters Inruwa. Samir Darji scored a hat-trick in APF's victory, while Dilsan Rai added a goal.
Chulachuli's Mixo Limbu scored a goal but it was not enough for victory. The "man of the match" of the game was Samir Darzi of the winning team.
