On Tuesday, Salyan Khadgi was appointed as the assistant of Matt Ross, the head coach of the Nepali National Men's Football Team. He will be the assistant coach in the friendly match against Singapore and Asia Cup qualifier against Malaysia.

Australia's Matt Ross signed a one-year contract two days ago. Vinod Dangol will be the goalkeeper coach of the Nepalese team. Similarly, Nishant Joshi will be the team's physiotherapist. The All Nepal Football Association (ANFA) has also provided appointment letters to them.

Nepal is playing a friendly international match against Singapore on Chait 8 and this will be the first match under the leadership of Ross. Then they will play the Asia Cup qualifying match against Malaysia on March 12.
