Mahakali municipality has won the title of district level 15th President Running Shield competition. Mahakali won 32 medals including 13 gold in the competition held in Marma Rural Municipality.

Mahakali has won 13 gold, 11 silver and 8 bronze medals. Mansih Budhathoki, chairman of the organizing district sports committee, said that Marma Rural Municipality, which became the runner-up of the competition, won 11 gold, 11 silver and 16 bronze. Naugad village, which came third in the

competition, has brought 6 gold, 5 silver and 4 . In the competition, Shailyashikhar municipality has won 4 gold, 5 silver and 10 bronze medals, Malikarjun has won 4 gold, 3 silver and 5 bronze medals and Apihimal has won 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals. 

Likewise, in the competition, Lekom Rural Municipality has received a total of 18 medals including 2 gold, 5 silver and 11 bronze . President Budhathoki informed that Duhu Rural Municipality got one silver and two bronze and Beas Rural Municipality, which was the last in the competition, got only one bronze.
