Tejashwi Academy won the eighth TOPS inter-school basketball tournament on Monday. Tejashwi won both senior boys and girls.

Tejashwi defeated Nimble by a score of 31-7 in the senior boys' match at Landmark Academy. Dipen Chantyal scored 10 in Tejashwi's victory. In girls, Tejashwi defeated Edify 12-2 with Elisha Chhetri's 7 scores.

Swarnadeep beat Landmark 24-13, White Haven beat Laliguras National Academy 18-17, Sweta Sadan beat Gandaki 26-19, Sanskriti Shiksha Sadan beat Kathmandu Little Blossom School (Kibs) 27-12, Edify learning Zone 19-4 and Belmount beat Edify in the senior boys competition organized by Team of Progressive Schools (TOPS). Lost with a score of 26-24.

In senior girls, White Haven defeated Swarnadeep 20-12, Belmount defeated Gandaki 15-10, Learning Zone defeated Edify 6-4 and Sanskriti defeated Kibs 12-10. Vidur Sapkota, President of Tarkeshwar Municipality Ward 1, and Bharatmani Pokharel, President of TOPS jointly inaugurated the

competition. 15 senior boys and 10 girls teams are participating in the Leaguecom Knockout Tournament.
