The third edition of the KP Oli Cup football tournament will start from tomorrow, Sunday. In the first day's match, APF Football Club and Aharara Pokhara Gold Cup winner Black Bulls FC will compete.
On the second day, there will be a competition between Tribhuvan Army and Nepal Police Club and the host team KP Oli FC and NAT. The first three days of matches will be held at the Anfa Complex in Satdobato.
When the game resumes after a two-day break, the rest of the match will be played at Dashrath Stadium. 9 teams including 6 'A' division teams, two foreign teams and one host team will compete in the tournament.
The other competing teams in the tournament organized by the National Youth Association of Nepal are Sankata, Machindra Club and Bhutan's Transport United. The winner will win a trophy with a prize of Rs. Kshitij Thebe, president of the organizing association and tournament coordinator, informed that the best player of the
competition will be awarded 100,000, the top scorer, best goalkeeper, and emerging player will be awarded 50,000. Every player of the match will get 15,000. According to
Thebe, the great Italian goalkeeper Gianluigi Buffon will also be present during the tournament. Kantipur HD Max will broadcast the tournament live, while the ticketing partner has a pocket.
