The 3rd NIST Cup Games organized by NIST School will be held from February 13. Principal Dilip Rana informed that there will be competition in basketball and football in NIST Cup.

39 teams will participate in 3 types of basketball. 14 teams in senior boys, 9 in senior girls and 16 in junior girls will compete on leaguecom knockout basis. St. Xavier's is the defending champion in senior boys and Buddhist School is the defending champion in girls. Junior girls category has been included for the first time. In

football, 24 student teams will play on a league-com knockout basis. Brahmakunj was the winner in the last edition. The matches of the tournament, which will last until February 24, will be held by the organizers at Lokantali. In the

competition, the title of climate champion will be awarded from this year. Highlighting the climate champion, Principal Rana said, "We have included this category for the first time as a new experiment to raise awareness about global warming."
