On the second day of the Faldo Junior Golf Tour Nepal Championship, Nepal's number one amateur golfer Sadbhav Acharya maintained his lead in the 17-21 age group and overall on Wednesday.

He scored an even par 136 at the end of 36 holes with a brilliant performance of 1-under 67. In the same age group, Sadbhav is 9 strokes behind Prakrit Tamang. Prakrit played 5 overs 73 and scored a total of 9 overs 145. Swapnil Bhattarai played 7 over 75 for the second consecutive day and is in third place with 14 over 150.

Siddhant Sapkota rises to the top for boys 12-16 years. He played 11 over 7 and scored a total of 3 over 166 at the end of 36 holes. He trailed Idant Singh Saud by 1 stroke. Idant played 1 over 87 on the second day to post a total of 31 over 167. In this score, Idanth, who was on top on the first day, dropped to second place. Soham Aggarwal is third with a score of 174. He scored 82.

In the women's 12-21 age group, Avani Rai widened the lead. She played 17 over 85 and scored a total of 37 over 173. Anabhadya Malla is second with a score of 97 with a total of 195. Seven female golfers dropped out after the first day. Because of this the competition is going on only between two golfers. 

Goodbye shot a 2-under 32 on the front nine. He birdied the first, fourth, eighth and ninth holes and bogeyed the second and seventh holes. After this, he birdied the 11th and 17th holes. After bogeying the 14th, 15th and 16th holes, he was forced to finish in 1-over 35 on the back nine.

Prakrit played 2 over 36 on the front nine and 3 over 37 on the back nine. Swapnil scored 4 over 38 and 3 over 37. In the men's 12-16 years category, Siddhant scored 4 over 38 on the front nine and 7 over 41 on the back nine, Idanth scored 9 over 43 and 10 over 44 and Soham scored 42 and 40. Avani scored 47 and 38, Anabhadya scored 53 and 44.
