Two athletes from Nepal are going to participate in the 4th Kyokushin Tezuka Cup World Karate Championship to be held in Japan.
Daman Basnet, president of the Nepal Kyokushin Karate (EKO) Association, said that Dawa Sherpa in kata and Manish Karki in kumite will compete in the press conference held on Tuesday from February 9 to 13. The tournament will be held in Sendai and Fukuoka in Japan. Nepal's match is in Fukuoka. The
official has President Basnet, General Secretary Sangeet Basnet and Coach Roshan Kapali. President Basnet will also play the role of judge. The team will go to Japan on February 19.
