Ncell 5th Tiger Cup national and international volleyball tournament held in Pokhara defeated Tribhuvan Army Club and entered Gandaki province finals.
Gandaki secured a place in the final after defeating Army by 3-1 in the second qualifier held at Pokhara stadium on Saturday.
Gandaki won the first set 25-16 in his favor and handed over the second set 22-25 to Army . However, the former runner-up Gandaki reached the final by performing well again in the third and fourth. Gandaki won the third set 25-15 and the fourth set 25-19.
Now Gandaki will compete with Nepal Police Club on Sunday for the title. The Army, which was defeated by Gandaki, has settled for the third place . The army that finished third will get 1 lakh 85 thousand 555 rupees .
Earlier, in the second women's qualifier held on Saturday, the team of the host Tiger Group reached Philan by defeating Tiptop New Diamond Sports with a set of 3-1. The host team will now play against APF Club on Sunday for the title.
