The cash prize money of the third edition of the KP Oli Cup football tournament to be held in February has been increased. The winner of the competition, which will be held in the capital from February 11 to 19, will win a prize of 15 lakh 11 thousand and the runner-up will win a prize of 5 lakh rupees.

organizer National Youth Association of Nepal held a press conference on Wednesday and said that the prize money has increased compared to last year. Last year the winner got 11 lakh. 

10 local and foreign teams will participate in the tournament, which has the slogan 'Where there is youth, there is sport'. Up to the quarter finals will be held at the Anfa Complex ground in Satdobato and the semi-finals and finals will be held at the Dasharath Stadium. 

Similarly, the best player will win 100,000, top scorer, best goalkeeper and emerging player will win 50,000. Player of the match of every game will get 15 thousand. Kshitij Thebe, president of the organizing youth association, said that the winning team of each game will get 25,000 as match money. The matches of the tournament will be telecast live by Kantipur Television Max. This competition has started since 2079.
