Valley Public's Boys/Girls teams have reached the finals of the First Gyan Sanskar Inter-Vidiyalay Basketball Tournament.

Nimsang Tamang scored 6 as Valley defeated Golden Peak 24-20 in the Junior Boys on Thursday. Valley will meet Paramount Academy in the final. In the other semi-final, Paramount defeated Kingdom Himalayan 38-27. Paramount's Sushant Thapa scored 12.

In the junior girls, Valley beat Eden Bridge Academy (EBA) 27-15. Valley's Sapna Giri added 10 points. Valley Public will face Ferryland for the title. Ferryland got a 29-23 win over Kastamandap. Ferryland's Karuna Bogti scored 13 points. The final will be held on Friday.
