Nepalese athletes won one gold and one silver medal on Wednesday in the sixth invitational BKSP Cup Athletics Championship held in Dhaka, Bangladesh. Nepal had won one silver and three bronze medals the previous day.

Nepal's Asmita Bhujel won gold in the girls' 1500m race on Wednesday in the junior championship where players under 18 years of age competed. This is Asmita's third medal in the competition. Earlier in the day, she won silver in the 800m race and bronze in the relay.

Pukarjung Basnet won the bronze medal in the boys' 15000m race.

Shailesh Shrestha won silver in boys 110m hurdles on Tuesday. Nisha Gharti won bronze in girls long jump. The Nepali team consisting of Asmita, Nisha, Shailesh and Santkumar Darai won bronze in the four times 400m mixed relay. 6 players from Nepal have participated in the

championship.
