APF has become the champion again in the Nepali women's football league. Defending champions APF defeated Police 4-0 in the play-off final at the Dasharath Stadium on Wednesday. APF did not lose any match in the entire tournament and won the title undefeated.

APF was at the top in both the first and second stages of the league. This is APF's 18th consecutive win in this league.

Police held APF to a scoreless draw in the first half but could not maintain it afterwards. Savita Ranagamar scored two goals and Saru Limbu and Anu Lama scored one goal for APF.

APF champions again Savita opened the scoring in the first pass in the 64th minute. Saru herself scored the second goal in the 69th minute. After Renuka Nagarkote's initial shot hit the post and came back, she scored the decisive shot at the beginning.

APF champions again Savita scored her second and the team's third goal in the 83rd minute. Savita scored on a pass provided by Preeti Rai. Anu added the fourth goal in the injury time of the second half.

With this play-off final game, Anu has officially retired from her playing life. Towards the end of the game, she entered the field as a substitute .
