In Pokhara, the Ncell 5th Tiger Cup national women's and men's volleyball tournament, the departmental team was dominant until the third day. The performance of foreign teams participating in the competition is not expected.

On Tuesday, APF Club defeated the tiptop New Diamond Sports Club in straight sets 3-0 in the women's side. APF managed to win the set 25-22, 25-23, 25-21 at Pokhara Stadium. APF's Nirutha Thagunna was adjudged Tiger of the Match. Salina Budhamgar of New Diamond became the best spiker. 

Thailand's travel inquiry United Passion Volleyball Club suffered its second consecutive defeat. The Thai Club suffered a 3-1 defeat against the Nepal Police Club. First  Losing the

set 23-25, Police then made a comeback. Police then won the set 25-14, 25-17, 25-17. Police lost to New Diamond in the first match. 

On the men's side, Nepal Police Club registered a 3-1 victory over India's Sunil Volleyball Club. Police won 25-10, 25-14, 22-25, 25-22. The match between Tiptop Help Nepal Sports Club and Gandaki Pradesh was postponed due to bad light. Help Nepal is leading 25-22, 27-25, 25-27.
