Midwest University and Lucknow University of India will compete for the title of Jai Nepal Cup South Asian University T20 cricket tournament. In the semifinals on Monday, Midwest defeated Tribhuvan University (TRI) by 77 runs and Lucknow defeated Dhaka University by 7 wickets.

Lucknow completed the target in 16.5 overs. Yash Bardhan Singh scored an unbeaten 82 to win Lucknow. He hit 11 fours and 4 sixes in 39 balls. Manan Kandpal scored 59 runs off 24 balls with 8 fours and 4 sixes.
