APF Club won the title of Prime Minister Cup Women T20 national cricket tournament held at Phapla Cricket Ground on Saturday.
In Saturday's final, APF defeated home team Sudurpaschim by 9 wickets. APF completed the target of 68 runs given by Sudurpaschim with the loss of one wicket in 12.5 overs. Mamta Chaudhary of APF remained unbeaten on 44 and captain Indu Burma on 18 runs. Rajmati Airi was run out in 4 runs.
Sudurpaschim won the toss and added 67 runs after losing all wickets in 18.1 overs. Manisha Bohra of Sudurpaschim added 18 runs and captain Bindu Rawal added 17 runs. No other batter could score runs in double figures. For APF, Kavita Joshi took 3 wickets, Savanam Rai and captain Indu took 2 wickets each. APF won the title by going undefeated.
APF has lifted the trophy with 5 lakh rupees. The runner-up Sudurpaschim got 3 lakhs. The tournament was organized by the Nepal Cricket Association and managed by the Far West Provincial Cricket Association.
