The fifth edition of the International Invitational Panchthar Gold Cup will be held from February 24 to Chait 2. The organizer Panchthar Club held a press conference at the headquarters of Fidim on Sunday and informed about the competition.

The winner of this edition will be given a trophy, medal and certificate along with a prize of Rs. The runner-up will receive a prize of Rs 5 lakh 55 thousand 555. 

The cost of the tournament, which will be conducted at the playground of Fidim Secondary School, is estimated at 70 lakh rupees. According to the organizer, 8 teams will participate including 2 from outside Nepal, 4 A Division clubs, 1 host and 1 V Division. 

The Player of the Match, Player of the Series, High Scorer, Rising Player, Best Goal Keeper, Defender, Midfielder and Coach will be awarded Rs 5,500 each. In

competition, 128 players and 200 spectators including officials will be insured against accidents, the organizers have also said.
