Nepal Seattle FC and Texas FC Blue have won the title in the Lachuman Shahi Smriti Lali Gurans Cup Seven A side football competition held in Los Angeles, California, USA.

The competition organized by the Lali Gurans Foundation was open and played in 2 categories in the age group of more than 35 years. A total of 9 teams participated in the competition held on January 18 and 19.

Towards the open competition, Texas FC Blue defeated Dallas Gurkhaz Red in the finals and received seven thousand dollars along with the title. Likewise, Dallas, who finished second, received $2,000. In this competition, the best goalkeeper was Parthajung Thapa and the best player was Monoj Chuwan.

Similarly, Nepal Seattle FC won the title by defeating DFW Himalayas in the over 35 age group competition. The first team in this competition received 5000 dollars and the second team received 1000 dollars. In this competition, Sajal Nepal was the best goalkeeper and Umesh Pandey was the best player.

Lachman Shahi passed away this year. He was a member of this foundation. Teams from American cities like Dallas, San Francisco, and Seattle participated in the competition.
