Wilson Academy, Kashyap and Ribs emerged champions in the 4th KMC Inter-School Basketball Tournament on Saturday.

In the senior boys final at the host KMC's court, Wilson narrowly defeated Hames 45-41. Rehan Dangol of Wilson scored 19.

In the junior boys final, Kashyap defeated Nerik Academy 32-29 on Allen Lama's 13 scores. Allen Lama of Kashyap scored 13.

In the senior girls' final, Ribs beat the defending champion NCCS 35-26. The game went into extra time twice. Ribs' Supriya Malla scored 15. The highest scorers of the

final, Rehan, Allen and Supriya were declared 'Most Valuable Player' in their respective categories. Godavari Residential School in Senior Boys, Kathmandu Shikshalay in Junior Boys and Canvas in Senior Girls won the disciplined team trophy.

The winner was awarded by Bagmati Province Home Affairs and Law Minister Surajchandra Lamichhane, Nepal Basketball Association General Secretary Narendra Thapa, KMC Executive Director Dhruv Bhattarai, Principal Dwarikanath Amgain and others.
