Leelaram Secondary School has won the title of the 4th President's Running Shield at the inter-school municipal level of Siddharthnagar.

Leelaram got the shield on Monday by getting 11 gold, 12 silver and 10 bronze medals.  Moonlight is second by getting 10 gold, 7 silver and 5 bronze medals and Kashi Noble Academy is third by getting 4 gold, 3 silver and 6 bronze medals.  Taekwondo, athletics, kabaddi and volleyball games were held as part of the

competition. 16 teams of male and female students from 19 schools participated in volleyball.

There were 11 male and 10 female teams from 13 schools participating in kabaddi. In taekwondo, 10 male and 12 female teams from 15 schools participated.

760 students from 20 schools participated in athletics. During the tournament, 42 events were played.

1 thousand 289 students from 27 schools of the city participated in the competition which was conducted from last Saturday.
